Covid vaccine - last call!

02 february 2021 Hírek Faculty news

Dear Students,

Based on the information of the National Chief Medical Officer regarding the organisation of epidemiological vaccinations, students of medicine and health sciences, as well as students studying at a healthcare vocational training institution over the age of 18, with a traineeship contract or those expected to have a contract from the 1st of February, are also considered healthcare workers, thus, we would like to inform you that you have the opportunity to registrate for Pfizer-BioNTech vaccinations.

Those above the age of 18 with TAJ (Social Security) Number or, in case of international students, a passport ID are entitled to COVID-19 vaccination, who have not been diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2 infection in the last 3 months (whether or not they have had a symptomatic illness). Those who have been infected with SARS-CoV-2 during the spring wave are also eligible for the vaccine.

IT IS ALSO IMPORTANT THAT OUR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS CAN ALSO SUBMIT THEIR NEPTUN ID INSTEAD OF THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER OR PASSPORT ID.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THOSE STUDYING IN A VOCATIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTION (NOT REGISTERING AS A UNIVERSITY STUDENT),

SHOULD PUT THEIR OM ID (EDUCATIONAL ID) INSTEAD OF NEPTUN ID.

The link of the registration:https://forms.gle/rprSXGk6mf7ajoer9

The deadline for the registration is 03. 02. 2021. 11:00, please, if you intend to vaccinate, be sure to live with the registration, as in the near future, it will be no longer possible to be vaccinated under university-organised circumstances.

After registration, the colleagues at the Clinical Centre will contact you about when exactly you can take the vaccination.

It is essential for the vaccination that you bring your completed and signed epidemiological statement and consent with yourselves to the vaccination point. You can access the form for the epidemiological statement here, and the consent here. The day of the vaccination should be the date on the statement.

Location of the vaccination: 7623 Pécs, Rét str. 2, Rehabilitation Centre, ground floor, so the administration of vaccines will be organised in Pécs.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked appointment!

Please note that 15-30 minutes should be spent in an observation room after the vaccination. In each case, the doctor will determine when the vaccinated person can be released, and this observation period must be kept exactly!

If you have any medical questions (contraindications to vaccination, condition of infection, special illness, medication, etc.), please contact your therapist or family doctor. For information on the date of vaccination or any other administrative issues, please contact us at: adminisztracio.etk.pte.hu.

Information on the vaccine, as well as on the vaccination plan of NNK is available at the following links:

Thank you for your cooperation and help in the implementation of the vaccination program!

Best regards,
