- One completed copy of the application form, (signed by all authors and all supervisors), must be uploaded in pdf format to https://etk.pte.hu/tdk2026 by 3 April 2026. SSA (TDK) Conference – Registration Steps

If you would like to participate in the TDK (SSA) Conference, please follow the steps below:

1️⃣ Register on the official conference registration platform:
https://konferencia.etk.pte.hu/tdk2026/login.php

2️⃣ Complete the SSA/TDK activity application form:
https://etk.pte.hu/public/upload/files/tdk/konferenciak/20260508/TDK_tevekenyseg_jelentkezesi_lap_ENG_2026.pdf
Make sure to have it signed by your supervisor in time. With the help of the departmental administration, obtain the signature of your department or institute head as well, then upload the document here:

4️⃣ You will receive feedback between April 15–17 regarding whether your abstract has been accepted.

5️⃣ The TDK organizers will then send further information about travel, accommodation, and additional conference details.
