The 16th ITTF Sports Science Congress will be organised by the ITTF, HTTA and University of Pécs on the 19-20 April in Budapest before the World Table Tennis Championship. The registration process is over and the Organising Committee is looking forward for a very interesting congress.

After its big success last year, the Pre-Summer School has been organized for the students of University of Bridgeport again. The program between 11th and 14th March contained professional, cultural and free time acitivites as well. Our guests had the opportunity to get to know the different instituitions of University of Pécs, the differencies between the health care system of Hungary and the USA, the history and treasures of Pécs, the Hungarian wine and gastronomy and of course the Hungarian and international students of Faculty of Health Sciences.

The 10th PhD Conference of Nutritional Science Researches was held in Budapest, on 24 January 2019, organized by the Hungarian Society of Nutrition and the Budapest Business School – Faculty of Commerce, Catering and Tourism. Dr László Bence Raposa won first place again after 2016 and 2018 in the Clinical Section and also received the special award.

The application period for the academic year 2019-20 has been started on 1st February 2019!

University of Pécs (UP) has been ranked 140th among the registered 719 universities worldwide on the list of the most environmental friendly higher education institutions. Compared to last year’s results, this place represents a 39 places better position, thus UP became the 2nd greenest university in Hungary.

For the optimal functioning of the electronic learning system, it is necessary to regularly update the applications running in background or supporting them. It has not been updated on PTE, since the introduction of education system.
