To ensure the smooth running of the event, please adhere to the following schedule.
Time for the distribution of the robes and the administrative arrangements for the awarding of the certificates to the candidates of the first round: 9.00 a.m.

Please arrive on time!
Rehearsal: 9.30 a.m., at which all candidates are requested to be punctual!

1 candidate may bring a maximum of 3 family members to the event, and a wristband will be issued upon receipt of the robe!
Dress code: in accordance with the relevant PTE regulations (PTE Code of Communication and Conduct, Image Manual), candidates must wear appropriate attire for the ceremony; for ladies: suit with closed-toe casual shoes; for gentlemen: dark suit, tie, lace-up dark shoes.

Candidates (initiates) are required to wear a gown, cap and tassel (provided by the University for a fee) and white fabric gloves. The white fabric gloves required in the manual must be individually provided by the candidates. Appropriate casual attire under the gown is also expected to be worn.
Return of gown: After the event, please hand in your gown and its accessories to the staff of the Registrar’s Office.

During the event, a professional photographer will take pictures of the graduates, which can be viewed/ordered on the diplomafoto.hu website (both in electronic and paper versions). The graduates will be informed via e-mail when the photos are ready. Please sign the declaration required to provide an e-mail address when you receive your robes.
