Administration and information service changes

Dear Students,

 

Hereby we are informing you that according to the 14/2020. Rector’s and Chancellery’s joint order, in this period of epidemiological preparedness, administration and information service are possible only via e-mail or telephone, and personal information service is available exclusively with an appointment requested at least 24 hours beforehand via e-mail in the following time intervals:


Monday: 9:00 – 13:00

Tuesday: 12:00 – 15:30

Wednesday: 9:00 – 13:00

Thursday: 12:00 – 15:30

Friday: 9:00 – 12:00

Please write the subject in the e-mail why you would like to request an appointment.

 

Please visit the Information Desk (Vörösmarty str. 4., Pécs) exclusively after our colleagues provided feedback on the requested appointment. Wearing a face mask is obligatory in the building!
