Project partners from IDEAL consortium enjoyed an intensive and productive meeting in Heidelberg. As part of internal project management, the third and final transnational partner meeting was held in Heidelberg on April 10, 2024.

The project team gave updates on the status of project results and their practical application, for example with stakeholders in Austria and Hungary, as well as on the continuing dissemination efforts in all partner countries.

The second main topic was preparation of the final project report and the documentation of project activities, in order to maximise sustainable use and coverage of the project results towards stakeholders.

IDEAL project is ending soon, but the achieved results will be used continually in training and upskilling work in the partner countries, and contribute to improving work-relevant German skills of key employees in the healthcare sector!
