The registration platform for the 32nd Scientific Students’ Conference has opened

We hereby inform all interested participants that registration for the XXXII. Scientific Students’ Association Conference is now open. Detailed information regarding the registration process is available at the following link:

During the registration process, the following data and documents must be provided and uploaded:

  • submission of personal data,

  • indication of meal, accommodation, and travel requirements,

  • upload of the abstract.

Please note that uploading the following documents in PDF format is mandatory:

Both documents must be duly completed and signed by all authors and all supervisors. Participants are kindly requested to retain the original signed copies for at least 2 years.

File names should follow the format below:

  • KISJANOS_TDKapplicant.pdf

  • KISJANOS_TDKactivity.pdf

All participants are warmly welcome to attend the XXXII. Scientific Students’ Association Conference, held in Szombathely on May 8–9, 2026.

 

SSA (TDK) Conference – Registration Steps

If you would like to participate in the TDK (SSA) Conference, please follow the steps below:

1️⃣ Register on the official conference registration platform:

2️⃣ Complete the SSA/TDK activity application form:
https://etk.pte.hu/public/upload/files/tdk/konferenciak/20260508/TDK_tevekenyseg_jelentkezesi_lap_ENG_2026.pdf
Make sure to have it signed by your supervisor in time. With the help of the departmental administration, obtain the signature of your department or institute head as well, then upload the document here:

3️⃣ Complete the conference application form, signed by the supervisor also.

4️⃣ You will receive feedback between April 15–17 regarding whether your abstract has been accepted.

5️⃣ The TDK organizers will then send further information about travel, accommodation, and additional conference details.
